DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Accorbis respects intellectual property rights and expects our customers and their authorized users to do the same. This policy outlines how to submit notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or similar regimes, and how we respond to reported infringement on properties operated through Accorbis.

1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on or managed via Accorbis infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Accorbis to locate the material (URL, page title, screenshots).
  • Your contact information, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Send notices to: info@accorbis.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice” or by mail to the address on your Accorbis agreement.

2. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and phone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for your district (or any district in which Accorbis may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

3. Repeat Infringers

Accorbis may suspend or terminate user accounts belonging to repeat infringers or customers who fail to address infringement reports promptly. We also reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing material at our discretion.

4. Trademarks and Other Rights

For trademark disputes or other intellectual property claims, email info@accorbis.com with supporting documentation. We will coordinate with the customer responsible for the content and respond according to applicable law.
