Accorbis is a web governance platform, not a CMS and not a hosting company. You start with one dashboard across WordPress, Drupal, and custom sites. Starter kits come with the platform. Hosting is a separate line, written into the order, never implied.
Three moves. You can stop after the first.
1. Inventory
Accorbis discovers the estate and puts every site in one dashboard: owners, platforms, status, risk. No CMS migration. No agent on the site. Shadow properties show up instead of living in a spreadsheet.
2. Score and govern
Accessibility, performance, uptime, and security scoring on the sites you already run. Policy and alerts from the same workspace. This is the platform subscription: one organization-wide fee, on a multi-year term. Starter kits are included here.
3. Host, if the order says so
Hosting is a separate per-site line, only for sites you actually host on Accorbis. A starter kit is not hosting. If hosting is not in the order, you stay on the dashboard. That is dashboard-only, and it is a real product.

When you host. Each site you actually host on Accorbis is optional and separate. Hosting is not in a starter kit.
Implementation, custom organization kits, and migration are services the implementing agency provides. They are not the Accorbis platform.
You do not have to move off WordPress or Drupal.
Dashboard-only covers sites you already host. No migration required for monitoring. You do not replace your CMS. You do not treat the Accorbis scan as a human accessibility program.
